We are seeking a forward-thinking, analytically sharp Senior Consultants of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to drive enterprise-level strategy through advanced analytics, pricing innovation, and AI-powered forecasting. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded RGM leader with deep experience in CPG markets, who thrives at the intersection of data science, strategy, and cross-functional execution.
You will spearhead the development of next-gen scenario modeling, risk frameworks, and machine learning forecasting tools to guide executive decision-making and future-proof our commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design and implement AI- and ML-powered forecasting tools that improve demand planning accuracy, identify variance drivers, and support proactive business decisions.
β’ Build dynamic scenario modeling capabilities to pressure-test pricing strategies, pack architecture, and trade investment under various economic, competitive, and operational scenarios.
β’ Develop and deploy risk assessment frameworks to evaluate pricing decisions, trade efficiency, and market volatility β helping the organization respond faster to uncertainty and disruption.
β’ Lead strategic initiatives in Price-Pack Architecture (PPA), Strategic Pricing, and Trade Optimization, using advanced analytics to unlock sustainable profit growth.
β’ Guide cross-functional teams in embedding RGM strategies into everyday decision-making β aligning finance, sales, marketing, and supply chain.
β’ Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement scalable RGM methodologies, planning tools, and reporting solutions that serve both mature and emerging markets.
β’ Translate complex datasets into visually intuitive, insight-driven presentations for senior leadership.
β’ Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing RGM team, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and results.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial and finance leadership β turning analytics into action across business units.
Job Requirements:
β’ 10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Strategic Pricing, Commercial Finance, or similar roles in CPG
β’ Deep expertise in scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and economic simulation techniques
β’ Demonstrated success building or deploying AI/ML forecasting tools, such as demand prediction, anomaly detection, and promotion modeling
β’ Strong technical understanding of RGM and pricing systems; ability to work alongside data science and IT teams
β’ Effective communicator with a strategic mindset β able to influence executive stakeholders with data-backed storytelling
