Agentic AI Developer Contract: 6 Months (Contract-to-Perm) Location: Malvern (PA), Philadelphia (PA), or Charlotte (NC) – Hybrid (Lead and Architect roles also available) Overview We are seeking a forward-thinking Agentic AI Developer to join our team building a conversational AI assistant for self-directed clients. This solution empowers clients to interact with financial data through natural language, leveraging agentic architectures and large language models (LLMs). Your contributions will shape next-generation client experiences, enabling intuitive portfolio engagement, personalized insights, and reduced UI friction. Responsibilities β€’ Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-powered chat experiences using agentic frameworks (e.g., Bedrock, LangGraph). β€’ Integrate with APIs (Accounts, Holdings, Portfolio Watch, Transactions) to provide real-time contextual responses. β€’ Contribute to evolving Explain & Empower from MVP to full-scale, cross-platform deployment. β€’ Develop robust evaluation, observability, and monitoring tooling to ensure responsible AI deployment. β€’ Translate technical specifications into code for new or enhanced applications. β€’ Write, test, and deploy code across development, test, and production environments. β€’ Participate in design reviews, code inspections, and systems analysis activities. β€’ Provide production support, submit change controls, and maintain documentation. β€’ Ensure compliance with IT and Information Security policies. Qualifications β€’ 3+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in software development. β€’ Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (Stencil experience is a plus). β€’ Experience with AWS services: Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch. β€’ Familiarity with observability tools: Splunk, Honeycomb. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. β€’ Passion for enhancing client experiences with intelligent digital solutions. β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
