Job Title Agentic AI Lead With Martech Background Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Pay Rate: $75 to $78/hr. on C2C Pay Rate: $60 to $65/hr. on W2 Job Description Skills Experience • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI Data Science or related field • Has to have Martech Background and built an Agentic AI solution on Martech platforms • 5 Years of experience in Martech Stack Adobe Salesforce Google • 1 Yr Experience with Agent orchestration and prompt management frameworks LangChain CrewAI etc • 5 years of experience in Full Stack technologies Eg React Java Spring boot for application development • Deep expertise in LLMs RAG agentic systems and AI orchestration frameworks • Handson experience deploying AIML solutions in production environments • Expertlevel proficiency with agentic development tools Claude Code Cursor GitHub Copilot etc • Deep understanding of large language models AI agents and autonomous system design • Knowledge of modern AIdriven protocols including MCP Model Context Protocol and similar emerging standards • Fullstack engineering mindset must understand and engineer complete systems from frontend to backend infrastructure and data layers to effectively automate them • Nice to have if candidate has knowledge of Adobe experience cloud products • Proficiency in Python TensorFlow PyTorch and other ML frameworks • Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and MLOps tools Roles & Responsibilities • AI First Solution Design Lead AI driven solution across experience and MarTech solutions using latest technologies and frameworks applicable • Model Development Lead to design train and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various business use cases • Data Engineering Manage to preprocess and analyze large datasets to ensure quality and usability for AI models • Deployment Integration Implement AI models into production environments using cloud platforms and containerization tools • Research Innovation Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and frameworks propose innovative solutions to complex problems • App Development Work closely with application development team for managing application development completion • Collaboration Work closely with data scientists software engineers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services Thanks & Regards Mohd Hameed
