Job Title: Agile Leader – Cybersecurity PMO Location: 100% On-site | Juno Beach, FL Job Type: Full-time | Contract (W2/1099 options available based on engagement) About the Role: Our client—a leading organization in the energy and utilities sector—is seeking a highly skilled Agile Leader to support a strategic, multi-phase transformation initiative. This role will focus on executive communication, cybersecurity portfolio reporting, and PMO standardization. As a consultant, you will be embedded on-site with the client in Juno Beach, FL, leading agile-based reporting efforts and governance structures to ensure consistent delivery of critical cybersecurity milestones. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement workflows and templates tailored to executive-level communication. • Lead the design of an Agile-aligned reporting framework for cybersecurity programs. • Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and weekly stand-ups. • Define and operationalize intake, prioritization, and escalation processes for the Cybersecurity PMO. • Create and deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and governance models. • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Agile project leadership, ideally within cybersecurity or IT governance domains. • Strong understanding of PMO structures, agile frameworks, and executive-level reporting. • Proficient in JIRA, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on executive engagement. • Experience with data visualization and agile metric tracking tools.
