Role description
Job Title: Agiloft Developer
Location: Remote
We are seeking an experienced Agiloft Developer to design, customize, and maintain enterprise contract lifecycle management (CLM) and workflow automation solutions on the Agiloft platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring, integrating, and optimizing Agiloft to meet diverse business needs across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Agiloft CLM modules, workflows, and dashboards to align with business processes.
Design and implement contract templates, approval workflows, forms, and rule-based automations.
Develop and maintain Agiloft integrations with other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, or ServiceNow using APIs or middleware.
Work closely with business analysts, legal, procurement, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
Manage Agiloft system administration tasks including roles, permissions, data imports, and user management.
Develop reports and analytics for key contract metrics and performance tracking.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Provide technical documentation, user training, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2–5+ years of experience working with Agiloft (CLM, BPM, or similar workflow platforms).
Strong knowledge of Agiloft configuration, scripting, and business rule development.
Experience integrating Agiloft with third-party tools via REST APIs or middleware (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier).
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and XML is preferred.
Solid understanding of contract management, workflow automation, and document management processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Agiloft Certified Administrator or Developer certification.
Experience with Agiloft CLM implementation or migration projects.
Familiarity with Agiloft AI capabilities and document clause management.
Background in legal tech, procurement, or enterprise workflow automation.
