Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Developer with deep experience in Copilot extensibility, Semantic Kernel, and enterprise-grade automation frameworks. Ideal for someone who can architect intelligent agent solutions while ensuring performance, security, and compliance across complex environments. Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience • Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot extensibility & Semantic Kernel (planner, memory, connectors) • Experience with prompt orchestration and AI agent design • Test automation using MCP framework, Playwright, JMeter, Postman, and REST API testing • Solid command of Azure Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, GitHub Copilot • DevOps proficiency with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Bicep • Practical understanding of RBAC, audit logging, AI security protocols, and privacy assessments • Programming in C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Python Key Responsibilities • Build and enhance AI agents using Copilot extensibility and Semantic Kernel • Develop automated testing pipelines and frameworks • Integrate Azure AI & cloud services into intelligent workflows • Develop CI/CD pipelines leveraging Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions • Ensure strict security, compliance, and privacy standards • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver robust AI solutions 📩 Interested?
