AI & Automation Platform Architect / Engineer – Role Summary • Architect and improve the internal developer platform, including golden paths, service templates, and standardized CI/CD workflows with policy enforcement. • Design reusable automation and platform components to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. • Develop workflow orchestration patterns and automation frameworks with strong observability, logging, and failure-handling mechanisms. • Review and standardize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), scripting, and automation practices using tools such as PowerShell or Python. • Implement platform guardrails for security, compliance, and operational governance while reducing manual operational tasks through automation. • Architect and integrate enterprise AI services (Copilots, LLM-based services, internal APIs) into production delivery pipelines. • Define API contracts, routing, execution, monitoring, and governance for AI-driven workflows. • Ensure production readiness, monitoring, cost control, and reliability of AI-enabled systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems, platform standards, and enterprise automation solutions.
