Role description
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join Global HR Technology department to supplement the ongoing work of the HRIT β ADP Enterprise V6, Cornerstone and Fieldglass team. The Analyst will work to support, administer, and maintain our current systems, primarily SAP Fieldglass, as we embark on a multi-year process of transforming our technology platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
β’ Provide production support, system administration, application maintenance, auditing and documentation
β’ Review system updates and releases; assess impact and communicate changes to stakeholders
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams and downstream system owners to ensure seamless operations
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including access concerns, unexpected results, data discrepancies, and process gaps
β’ Perform hands-on system configuration, development, and scripting as needed
β’ Support and lead system integrations and cybersecurity key management
β’ Develop, maintain, and deliver end-user training and system documentation
β’ Audit policies, controls, and system processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
β’ Support internal and external audit activities
β’ Create and maintain user access and security roles
β’ Manage and import large data sets while ensuring data integrity
β’ Identify and implement system improvements through automation, process optimization, and new functionality
β’ Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications:
β’ Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAP Fieldglass
β’ Experience working with ADP Enterprise (V6 preferred)
β’ Experience working with Cornerstone Compensation and Performance
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service orientation
β’ Demonstrated reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
β’ Strong learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
Preferred Skills:
β’ Functional knowledge of HR, payroll, or finance processes
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, etc.)
β’ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
β’ Experience with a case management systems such as ServiceNow
Education:
β’ High school diploma or GED required
β’ Bachelorβs Degree preferred
Salary/Rate: $50-$70/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
