Role description
Must Haves: β€’ Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst β€’ Experience in Agile β€’ Medicare or Health Insurance experience: claims, member benefits, payor/provider β€’ Experience turning a business request into a technical requirement β€’ Experience scheduling and leading requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders β€’ Experience writing stories in Jira β€’ Strong experience writing user stories, features, and acceptance criteria β€’ Experience with wireframes and workflows β€’ Experience with writing standard SQL queries Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a Agile Business Systems Analyst to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a self‑service data hub serving Medicare stakeholders. This role will partner closely with Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to translate Medicare business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable secure, compliant, and scalable self‑service access to data. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Medicare data, Agile delivery, and data/analytics platforms, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution in a highly regulated environment. Compensation: $45/hr to $55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
