Title: AI & Automation Role Location: Miami, FL, 33131 (5 days onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Contract VISA: USC/GC Only Video Interview Job Description Notes: • Hands-on development of automation solutions using Python and AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT). • Building scripts to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and improve team productivity. • Partnering with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions. • Strong Python scripting/automation background. • Familiarity with modern AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT). • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users. • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver. • Experience with APIs, Zapier, Power Automate, or cloud services. • Background in operations, IT, or data analysis. • Interest in AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering. JOB DESCRIPTION: Client is seeking a hands-on Developer with a focus on automation and AI tools to help streamline workflows and improve productivity across the organization. This role involves designing Python-based scripts, leveraging platforms like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, and collaborating with teams to deliver efficient, scalable automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate workflows, data processes, and routine tasks. • Integrate and apply AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to support development, documentation, and internal productivity. • Partner with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into practical solutions. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize scripts and automation pipelines. • Document code, processes, and provide knowledge transfer to team members. Required Skills & Experience: • Strong proficiency in Python with proven experience in scripting and automation. • Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar). • Experience writing clean, maintainable code and debugging effectively. • Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with APIs, automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate), or cloud environments. • Background in IT, operations, or data analysis. • Knowledge of prompt engineering or conversational AI workflows. • Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
