In this role, you will help design, develop, and implement engaging AI-focused training content for digital learning platforms. You’ll collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure our courses are effective, up-to-date, and optimized for Learning Management Systems (LMS). Responsibilities Design and develop online training courses that teach AI concepts, tools, and applications to a variety of audiences. Translate complex AI and machine learning topics into clear, accessible, and engaging content. Collaborate with instructional designers and LMS administrators to build interactive, SCORM-compliant course modules. Develop AI-based scenarios, simulations, and assessments to enhance learner engagement and retention. Leverage LMS features (e.g., reporting, adaptive learning, gamification) to track progress and improve learner outcomes. Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and integrate them into course content as appropriate. Review and revise course materials based on learner feedback and performance analytics. Ensure training materials align with accessibility, usability, and compliance standards. Requirements Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with the ability to teach core and applied concepts. Strong background in instructional design and digital learning development. Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, TalentLMS). Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
