AI Data Analyst ONSITE > 4 DAYS/WEEK IN ORLANDO FL OR GLENDALE/ANAHEIM CA 12 Months Contract Description We re seeking a data-driven, analytically minded Sr. Data Analyst/Engineer to support performance measurement, insights generation, and AI-related research across our organization. This individual will report directly to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will play a key role in building dashboards, analyzing trends, and delivering insights that help leadership make informed, data-backed decisions. The ideal candidate has strong technical proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools, an aptitude for research and synthesis, and a curiosity for how technology and AI are transforming the industry. Duties & Responsibilities β€’ Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, and Smartsheet to visualize key metrics and trends. β€’ Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns, opportunities, and performance insights. β€’ Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform leadership decisions and drive optimization. β€’ Support the development of consistent metrics and reporting frameworks. β€’ Conduct research and benchmarking on emerging technology trends, AI advancements, and digital best practices. β€’ Synthesize findings into concise, executive-ready summaries and visual reports. β€’ Provide data-driven perspectives on opportunities for improvement and innovation. β€’ Support scenario modeling, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses to guide leadership discussions. β€’ Identify and recommend process or reporting enhancements to improve efficiency and data quality. β€’ Partner with internal teams to streamline data collection, visualization, and sharing practices. β€’ Contribute to a culture of measurement, insight, and continuous improvement across the organization. Basic Qualifications β€’ 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data visualization, or research roles. β€’ Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Smartsheet. β€’ Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. β€’ Experience conducting AI or emerging technology research within large organizations. β€’ Excellent research and synthesis skills with attention to accuracy and detail. β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear, compelling way. β€’ Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can work independently with minimal direction. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Lean Six Sigma certification or experience applying process improvement methodologies. β€’ Familiarity with data-driven decision-making in technology, digital, or enterprise environments. β€’ Background in analytics, operations optimization, or performance measurement. Education BS/BA or 17+ years of relevant experience The estimated pay range for this position is USD $65.00/hr - USD $70.50/hr.
