Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Data Engineer (Senior Analytics Engineer) in Redmond, WA. Responsibilities:
β’ Build subject matter expertise of our business and data domains to collaborate with data consumers and stakeholders to understand their information needs and assist them with data access
β’ Identify and analyze multi-structured data or metadata from a variety of sources to select and document the most effective and accurate data which fulfills the analytics requirements
β’ Design data models, architect dataflows, and develop abstractions to deliver scalable solutions for analytics and machine learning ensuring they can evolve with changing needs
β’ Leverage modern data engineering practices and frameworks with an object-oriented approach to architect, build, and maintain automated data pipelines which transform data into clean, enriched, and accurate information
β’ Advance our infrastructure by developing frameworks, reusable components, and new capabilities to achieve our mission
β’ Steward the creation, collection, maintenance, and management of metadata
β’ Handle confidential information responsibly and correctly apply security and privacy policies
β’ Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required
β’ 5-7 years of applicable experience required
β’ Critical thinker and problem solver who brings a creative and open mindset to each situation
β’ A proven track record building and optimizing analytic solutions and data products which deliver significant business impact
β’ Data analysis and exploration skills to identify, select and prepare data or metadata for analytics
β’ Business acumen to understand and address business challenges through analytics engineering
β’ Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise scale data pipelines handling logs and event streaming data on Cloud Data Platforms using modern tools like Spark, and airflow; Azure preferred
β’ Strong Python skills for data processing combined with a pythonic mindset; Proficient SQL
β’ Working knowledge of DevOps and DataOps
β’ Video game domain knowledge is important - as an experienced player or industry veteran
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
