AI Developer

Our client is trying to figure out how AI can be used to optimize operations. As part of a team, you'll be working with a team to build out Proof of concepts of possible solutions. Key Responsibilities • Build AI proof-of-concept development in collaboration with AI strategy team • Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and workflow challenges • Design technical solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock, cloud services and modern AI tools to address business needs • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide POC implementation approach • Present findings and recommendations to leadership Required Qualifications • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI application development • AWS cloud platform familiarity (services like Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, etc.) • Strong Python Skills • Strong business communication skills with ability to facilitate discovery sessions • Solution-oriented mindset - can see problems and envision technical solutions • Self-directed approach - comfortable gathering requirements through stakeholder interviews rather than waiting for detailed specs
