MoodysNWC are seeking an AI Developer with a background in marketing technology to help transform ad channel performance monitoring and optimization using Agentic AI. This role will blend machine learning, marketing analytics, and AI agent orchestration to deliver a smarter, more efficient campaign workflow. Responsibilities: • Design and implement agent workflows that monitor and optimize ad channel performance (e.g., Meta, Google Ads). • Connect AI agents with MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud). • Collaborate with data analysts to surface insights from ad performance data. • Prototype and refine custom agents that interact with marketing APIs and dashboards. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $130,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to 150,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
