AI Enablement Engineer

Primary Location: Raleigh, North Carolina V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an AI Enablement Engineer for our premier client in Raleigh, North Carolina. Education And Experience » • Experience guiding application teams on AI integration strategies.: 2 years. Desired • Direct experience integrating Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio and other AI into Enterprise applications or services, including security configuration.: 2 years. • Experience with scaling AI workloads.: 1 year. • Experience working with app teams to migrate, modernize, or re-platform workloads in Azure, including supporting legacy integration.: 2 years. • Experience designing and implementing reusable infrastructure using Bicep and building automated pipelines with Azure DevOps, or similar tools.: 2 years. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: • Build and maintain secure, scalable Azure environments using Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines. • Guide development teams on embedding AI into existing and new applications, including prompt engineering, API integration, and data flow design. • Lead the design and implementation of Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI solutions for both internal and public-facing applications. • Architect and scale AI platforms to support high-concurrency, low-latency workloads, including peak load planning and autoscaling strategies. • Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to ensure observability, governance, and compliance across AI workloads. • Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to development teams, helping them adopt AI responsibly and effectively.
