AI Engineer (LLMs/Agentic AI/Python) – Hybrid (London – 2/3 days onsite per week) – (£500-600/DAY OUTSIDE IR35) We are currently supporting a cutting-edge AI software company building advanced agentic AI and memory systems for enterprise clients operating within highly regulated environments. They’re looking for an AI Engineer to join on a subcontractor basis, helping architect intelligent multi-agent systems, memory write-back pipelines, and secure LLM integrations at scale. Tech Stack: • Python/FastAPI • LLMs & Agentic AI • MCP Integrations • GraphRAG • Async Architectures • Multi-Agent Systems • Knowledge Graphs • Streaming & Observability Key Experience: • Multi-agent orchestration in production • AI memory systems & write-back design • GraphRAG & retrieval architectures • MCP server integrations • Secure enterprise AI deployments • Agent guardrails & access control • Production-grade Python engineering Bonus Experience: • LLM evaluation frameworks • Entity resolution & deduplication • Bitemporal data modelling • Streaming trace capture • Multi-tenant AI platforms • Formal/neuro-symbolic reasoning • Regulated industries (Finance, Pharma, Defence) Hybrid/Remote – preference for London-based engineers 6-month initial contract with high likelihood of extension £500–600/day Outside IR35 Great opportunity for an experienced AI Engineer who enjoys solving complex orchestration, memory, and reasoning challenges within next-generation AI/LLM environments.
