AI Engineer – Agent Development

About the Job : Moodys NWC is seeking AI Engineers to design and develop next-generation AI Agents leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, and advanced agent frameworks. This role will focus on building intelligent, autonomous systems that integrate with APIs, tools, and cloud platforms to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in rapid prototyping, multi-agent orchestration, and debugging, with hands-on experience across Python, JavaScript, and cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS). Responsibilities: • Design, build, and deploy AI agents leveraging LLMs, LangChain, and other frameworks. • Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecture with vector embeddings for intelligent information retrieval. • Develop and optimize multi-agent orchestration for collaborative AI workflows. • Integrate agents with tools, APIs, and external systems to extend capabilities. • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate agent performance and effectiveness. • Debug, troubleshoot, and fine-tune agents for reliability, scalability, and accuracy. • Build rapid prototypes to test new ideas and accelerate product development. • Work with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) to deploy scalable AI solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, product managers, engineers) to align AI solutions with business needs. • Stay up to date with the latest LLM research, frameworks, and tooling to continuously improve agent performance. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $140k/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150k/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
