Required Skills • Highly Motivated • Agentic Framework and Skills • Building AI agents • Tandem and parallel models • IBM Orchestrate (optional) • Strong knowledge of Python and the following Libraries: • Scikit libraries • TensorFlow • Open AI • PANDAS • Regex Patterns • Flask (optional) • Requests (optional) • Experiencing differentiating between data models (example meta vs openai) based on project requirements • Experience with Prompt engineering • Write things clearly for AI to understand • Input standardization to help with RAG • Experience with Natural Language Processing • Best practices for tokenization and chunking • Vector Datastores • Experience deploying scalable AI models • Strong knowledge of RDBMS (e.g. SAP HANA, DB2, SQL Server) • Strong understanding of SQL. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a face-paced, collaborative environment.
