Summary:
Weβre looking for an AI Engineer to lead the development of intelligent automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and support product management across a large engineering portfolio. This role will design and implement a suite of AI-powered agentic services—including reporting automation, codename mapping, team concierge agents, telemetry insights, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across domains, building reusable agentic patterns, and collaborating with PMs, engineers, and data stakeholders to deliver scalable, intelligent systems.
Responsibilities:
β’ Build intelligent automation workflows that extract, transform, and standardize data from Azure DevOps, Excel, and internal systems
β’ Integrate LLM-based components (e.g., Azure OpenAI) to generate summaries, insights, and narratives
β’ Develop reusable agentic services for codename mapping, team concierge support, telemetry insights, and onboarding
β’ Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to define scalable templates and standards
β’ Maintain prompt logic and ensure agent reliability, traceability, and performance
β’ Conduct testing, validation, and continuous optimization of automation systems
β’ Customize and implement system software to meet evolving requirements
β’ Perform QA, unit testing, and post-deployment validation
Qualifications:
β’ 2-4 years of experience in software development or automation engineering
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
β’ Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
β’ Experience with large-scale systems, troubleshooting, and legacy modernization
β’ Agile development experience and strong problem-solving skills
β’ Minimum 1-2 years experience Copilot Studio
β’ Minimum 1-2 year experience Azure OpenAI Service
β’ Minimum 1-2 years experience Visual Studio
β’ Minimum 1-2 years experience Power BI
β’ Minimum 1-2 years experience Power Automate plus
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ AI & automation stack: Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, Power BI, Copilot Agent
β’ Agent-based architectures (e.g., MCP, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio)
β’ Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
β’ Scripting and agent development
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $80.00 - $85.00 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
