Job Description: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. For example, any specific skills to prioritize when looking for profiles. • Develop Gen AI applications using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and related technologies • Integrate AI models with enterprise systems and Cloud products • Work with Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and large-scale applications • Stay ahead with advancements in AI and apply them to real-world solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Lead teams, ensure risk compliance, and mentor junior engineers What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of software engineering experience 5+ years working with Java, Python, OpenShift containers 3+ years in data engineering & AI/ML or Cloud GCP 2+ years’ experience with SDLC & Agile tools (JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins)
