Key Responsibilities
β’ Help develop & deliver against AI-powered sales efficiency roadmap by designing and developing internal automation tools to streamline sales processes.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tools are user-friendly and scalable and developing onboarding reports & training guides.
β’ Conduct discovery sessions to understand current workflows and AI usage.
β’ Develop an AI Enablement & Efficiency Deck with practical tips for leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
3-7 years of experience
β’ Proven experience in developing AI tools and automation solutions.
β’ Strong understanding of AI applicability in business workflows.
β’ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
β’ Familiarity with dashboard development and data visualization tools.

We are seeking an experienced contractor to support the development of AI-driven internal tools and enablement resources aimed at improving sales efficiency and internal automation at client. This role will focus on practical AI applications, tool development, and creating actionable materials for internal teams.
This role is in the North America client's Direct Strategy & Operations Team, focusing on strategic business initiatives.
Client is an exciting, new payment service that client provides to clients (issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants and service providers) to facilitate domestic and cross-border fund transfers/disbursements to client accounts in the U.S. and around the world using push payment technology, i.e. Original Credit Transaction (OCT), and traditional ACH/RTP payment rails to deposit into checking accounts and wallets leveraging the client Payments Limited (VPL) network. Clients consumer and business applications include person to person (P2P) transfer, cross border remittances and global funds disbursement (business to consumer or small business payments), and more.
