They are seeking an AI Software Engineer to champion this mission and help transform how engineering teams build, test, and deploy software. As an AI Software Engineer, you’ll build AI-powered solutions, and mentor client engineering teams to adopt generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini, and Amazon CodeWhisperer. This role blends hands-on development with training and enablement, driving measurable improvements in productivity, innovation, and client success. 🧾 Key Responsibilities: • Build and deploy AI-powered solutions, integrating automated unit testing and CI/CD workflows. • Act as a subject matter expert on generative AI tools, providing technical guidance and best practices. • Partner with engineering managers to drive adoption and change management across client teams. 🧠 Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience across multiple languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go). • Demonstrable expertise with generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini, Amazon CodeWhisperer). • Strong background in SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks. • Consulting mindset with experience tailoring solutions to diverse client environments. • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with enterprise compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2).
