Role description
ansrsource is hiring several US-based subject matter experts (SMEs) to collaborate with instructional designers on a series of short (1-3 hour) asynchronous courses for adults.
Scope will include, but may not be limited to, reviewing, editing and augmenting AI-based course outlines and content; drafting and curating additional content; reviewing ID-created course builds, and participating in screencast and short lecture videos and recordings.
Course development is expected to start soon. Each SME will likely spend approximately 30 hours total on each course across approximately 10 weeks. (That is an estimate for planning purposes only.) SMEs may work on more than one course at a time, if they have the expertise and availability.
Content areas will include:
AI and Machine Learning Engineering:
• AI Model Development and Optimization
• Vision AI: Model Optimization and Evaluation
• Vision, NLP, and TensorFlow ML Workflows
• ML Data Pipelining and AI Insights
• Data Transformation, Pipelines, and SQL Mastery
AI Systems and Deployment:
• AI Workflow Optimization and Deployment
• ML Codebase Optimization and Testing
• AI System Architecture and Integration
• ML Deployment, Microservices, and Debugging
The successful candidates will have:
• At least 3 years of experience in the select content area and
• An advanced degree in the select content area or a related field
• Experience teaching or developing course content for adults is plus but not required.
About these positions
• These are freelance/contract, remote positions with few, if any, meetings.
• People typically do this work on top of/between full- and part-time jobs.
• The work will be done according to our deadlines, but when you are available. Sometimes quick turnaround is necessary.
• This opportunity is paid per course, not per hour.
• In lieu of an interview, applicants may be asked to do a short qualifier before starting work.
• SMEs must be US-based and allowed to earn taxable income in the US. No Visa support can be provided for these roles.
