The role involves extracting data from Confluence, Jira, Rally, and other reporting tools to generate automated project dashboards, summaries, and status reports using ChatGPT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine AI prompts to automate reporting workflows.
• Extract, organize, and analyze project data from multiple tools.
• Generate automated dashboards and status summaries using AI outputs.
• Apply project management knowledge (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to interpret data and insights.
• Document and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
