Are you a deep technical AI expert who thrives at the forefront of enterprise architecture and responsible innovation?
We are seeking an AI Specialist to join a growing AI Foundry, driving the design, governance and assurance of advanced AI, LLM and agentic AI solutions.
This is an opportunity to act as the enterprise technical authority, ensuring AI systems are secure, scalable, compliant and built on robust architectural foundations.
What youβll do
Lead Advanced AI Assurance
β’ Provide subject matter expertise across LLMs and agentic AI, shaping high-risk and high-impact initiatives.
β’ Conduct deep technical reviews, stress-test models and define mitigation strategies to ensure safe deployment.
Define Enterprise Patterns & Guardrails
β’ Establish standards and reusable frameworks for Copilot, LLM and multi-agent solutions.
β’ Shape orchestration, prompt governance, memory frameworks and autonomy controls for scalable delivery.
Drive Technical Excellence
β’ Guide RAG implementations including vector databases and embedding strategies.
β’ Ensure strong cloud-native architecture across Azure, AWS or GCP aligned to security and governance standards.
β’ Provide technical challenge to vendors and model selections using benchmarking and evidence-led critique.
What weβre looking for
β’ Proven deep expertise across AI, ML, LLMs and agentic AI engineering.
β’ Experience designing and governing multi-agent systems and advanced orchestration patterns.
β’ Strong understanding of RAG architectures, data foundations and secure-by-design principles.
β’ Cloud-native AI experience within regulated or enterprise environments.
β’ Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear executive guidance.
