AI Specialist for Intelligence Innovation

Location: Remote Role Context KSG is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist to help integrate advanced AI tools and techniques into our intelligence and analysis functions. This role is central to improving how we gather, process, and deliver intelligence to our global client base. The successful candidate will design and implement AI-driven solutions that support strategic risk analysis, data processing, and client reporting. This is a practical and forward-thinking role, suited to someone who understands the evolving role of AI in enhancing decision-making and intelligence workflows. Requirements Proven experience in applying AI/ML to complex analytical or decision-support environments. Familiarity with large language models, automation tools, and structured data analysis. Ability to assess emerging AI capabilities and rapidly prototype new tools to support analysts and clients. A solid understanding of international affairs, geopolitics, or security is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and fluency in English, with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical colleagues. Duties and Responsibilities Developing and deploying AI tools to enhance intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting across the company. Building workflows to automate aspects of the intelligence cycle—especially in pattern detection, data filtering, and content generation. Supporting internal analysts with AI tools and helping embed AI into our daily operations. Designing AI-enabled systems for client delivery, such as dashboards or briefing automation tools. Identifying emerging technologies and contributing to KSG’s innovation roadmap.
