Role Context / Key NotesWe are hiring an Applied AI Data Scientist with strong foundations in data science and applied AI, especially in knowledge graphs and graph analytics. This role requires deep statistical and analytical expertise, not a primarily AI engineering profile. Candidates with limited exposure to core data science methodologies will not be a fit.
Applied AI Data ScientistLocation: Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC (On-site, 5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform statistical analysis, clustering, and probabilistic modeling
Analyze graph data for anomaly detection and pattern discovery
Build NLP pipelines (NER, entity resolution, ontology extraction)
Develop and deploy AI/ML models with engineering teams
Apply MLOps best practices for tracking, monitoring, and reproducibility
Key Requirements:
Strong background in statistics, graph analytics, and NLP
Hands-on experience delivering production-grade AI solutions
Proficiency in Python and modern data science/AI tools
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
