AI Tech Lead

Role: AI Tech Lead Location: London Hybrid (2 days onsite) Tech: Python | Azure | LLMs | RAG | DevOps Day Rate: £550 Outside IR35 Duration: Initial 6 months, likely to be extended further Are you ready to take AI from pilot to production? Do you enjoy owning architecture, not just contributing code? Would you thrive leading an enterprise AI chatbot rollout built on Azure and Large Language Models? We’re working with a London-based organisation scaling an AI-powered chatbot integrated into a core internal platform. It’s already live in a pilot now; it needs a technical leader to make it enterprise-ready. What you’ll be doing: • Leading end-to-end architecture across Azure cloud and backend services • Owning LLM implementation and RAG pipelines • Driving Python development and API integrations • Embedding DevOps best practice (CI/CD, Terraform, GitHub) • Working directly with senior stakeholders to shape the roadmap • Taking the solution from development through to production This is hands-on leadership Not theory.
