Role description
Role Overview We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer who will design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, enjoys solving complex problems, and has hands-on experience with real-world ML solutions. Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, NLP, computer vision). β€’ Work with large datasets for pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. β€’ Deploy models into production using MLOps frameworks and cloud platforms. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product managers, software developers). β€’ Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques to solve business challenges. β€’ Monitor model performance and retrain/update as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. β€’ 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development. β€’ Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). β€’ Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures. β€’ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines. β€’ Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI is a strong plus. Nice to Have β€’ Experience with data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, Databricks). β€’ Knowledge of computer vision frameworks (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron). β€’ Hands-on with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or prompt engineering.
