About the Role:
We are hiring a AI/ML Engineer to join our client on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative Banking companies in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement LLM-based applications using LLaMA-3 or comparable foundation models.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines integrating with vector databases
• Develop backend systems using Python (primary) and Java (secondary).
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analytics.
• Deploy Machine Learning models using NVIDIA Triton Inference Server in containerized environments.
• Work within Unix/Linux environments to automate pipelines and deploy code.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using XLR, Datical and other DevOps tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum teams, actively contributing to sprints, planning, and code reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2-3 years’ Experience with LLMs
• 2-3 years Strong understanding of RAG architecture and implementation.
• 7 plus Proficiency with Python and working knowledge of Java.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on with Redis or other vector databases.
• Experience deploying models using NVIDIA-Triton Inference Server.
• Familiarity with Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
• Solid Unix/Linux command-line and scripting skills.
• CI/CD experience
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 - $65/hr
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
