Experience:

Key Responsibilities
β’ Design and implement GenAI-powered solution that support the internal audits and of financial models especially model implementation and testing
β’ Use AWS Bedrock to access and orchestrate foundation models (e.g., Claude, Titan) for tasks such as model documentation and test case generation, summarization, anomaly detection etc.
β’ Develop intelligent agents and workflows using LangChain and/or LangGraph, Bedrock Agents, or similar frameworks to support auditors and compliance teams.
β’ Collaborate with Internal Audit, Risk, and Data Science teams to understand model governance requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
β’ Ensure all AI applications meet regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, Basel III, IFRS 9) and internal compliance policies.
β’ Monitor model performance, ensure explainability, and maintain secure and auditable AI pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ 15+ years overall in Software Engineering disciplines, preferably in the financial services industry
β’ 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
β’ Strong programming skills in Python, SQL and experience with AWS.
β’ Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, including prompt engineering and model orchestration.
β’ Familiarity with financial modeling, model risk management, or internal audit frameworks.
β’ Understanding of LLMs, explainable AI, and compliance-driven AI development.
β’ Experience with LangChain, Streamlit, or similar tools for building AI applications
