AIOps Engineer

Role: AIOps Engineer Location: Reston, VA (Day 1 Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Must-Have Skills • AI/ML – strong hands-on experience • Operations – expertise in supporting AI/ML systems and infrastructure • Python – scripting, automation, and backend development • LangChain, AWS – agentic frameworks & cloud expertise Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled AIOps Engineer with deep expertise in AI/ML operations, Python development, and modern agentic frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with operational excellence to design, implement, and support intelligent systems. Responsibilities • Drive AI/ML operations and development, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. • Develop and automate workflows using Python for backend services and system orchestration. • Build and enhance autonomous AI agents leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar tools. • Integrate AI agents with diverse data sources including Elasticsearch, SQL, NoSQL databases, Jira, Confluence (Wiki), Git. • Provide AWS operational support, with strong expertise in core AWS services. • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or Ansible. • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git. • Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into solutions. • Communicate complex AI/ML and ops concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications • Proven experience in AI Development, MLOps, or AIOps roles. • Strong hands-on background in Python, AWS, and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.). • Demonstrated success in AI agent integrations with enterprise systems and data platforms. • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
