Job Title: AIOps Lead Engineer
Location: Denver CO - Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
1. AIOps Framework Development:
o Design and implement an AIOps framework using AWS AI technologies to automate and enhance network operations.
o Integrate machine learning models to predict network outages and optimize performance.
1. AWS Architecture Design:
o Develop scalable and reliable AWS cloud architecture that supports AIOps initiatives.
o Incorporate Amazon Bedrock for foundational AI models and Amazon Neptune for graph database solutions.
1. Agentic AI Integration:
o Implement AWS AI agentic layers and frameworks to facilitate autonomous decision-making processes within network operations.
1. Technology Evaluation and Implementation:
o Evaluate and incorporate AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, and Comprehend into network operations.
o Leverage AWS's ANO capabilities to automate network monitoring and management.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on AWS.
o Proven experience in implementing AI/ML solutions
• Technical Skills:
o Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, CloudFormation, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Neptune, and Amazon GNN.
o Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools, including agentic AI frameworks.
