Job Title: Amelia Developer (Voice & Chat) - Location: San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX / Tampa, FL / Phoenix, AZ ( • • 100% On-site • • ) Contract Duration: 6 Months Compensation: $50/hr on (W2) Position Overview We are seeking an Amelia Developer to design, build, and deploy conversational AI solutions (Voice & Chat) for customer service and IT Operations automation. This role focuses on leveraging the Amelia platform (formerly IPsoft) to create natural, human-like voice interactions and integrating them with complex backend systems like AWS Connect and ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities • Conversational AI Development: Lead the design and deployment of Amelia-based voice and chat solutions. • Voicebot Engineering: Expertise in speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and natural conversation flow design. • NLP & Machine Learning: Implement intent recognition, entity extraction, and Natural Language Processing logic. • System Integration: Connect Amelia bots to AWS Connect, Webhooks, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Rally. • Technical Automation: Scripting in Python and JavaScript to automate ServiceDesk or IT Ops workflows. • Security & Identity: Integrate solutions with ADS, SSO, and LDAP for secure enterprise access.
