Role description
Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an Analyst Developer – Specialty 5. The work will be done fully remote, with a standard schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in the local time zone. This is a long-term 12-month position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $82.48/hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay). Job Summary Cullerton Group is seeking an expert-level Full Stack Developer to develop, enhance, and maintain high-impact digital applications used across a global engineering organization. This senior developer will design and customize software solutions, optimize performance, lead code quality efforts, and guide technical decision-making. The role includes reviewing requirements, writing clean and efficient code, conducting peer reviews, creating automated tests, and refining technical documentation. This is a high-visibility, long-term role ideal for a senior developer who excels in both backend and frontend development within an Agile, continuous-deployment environment. Key Responsibilities β€’ Review and approve modifications to existing software to resolve defects, enhance performance, or adapt to new hardware β€’ Approve and contribute to the design and development of software systems using scientific analysis and modeling β€’ Gather, interpret, and evaluate technical requirements including reporting formats, performance needs, costs, and security constraints β€’ Advise customers on system design, software maintenance, and best practices β€’ Counsel engineers, systems analysts, programmers, and technical staff on system capabilities, limitations, and interfaces β€’ Develop, direct, and validate software testing procedures and documentation β€’ Supervise or guide technical personnel, including programmers and technologists β€’ Write automated UI and API tests; review and refactor peer code; support continuous integration workflows β€’ Read and refine UI designs, technical requirements, and business needs behind work items β€’ Collaborate with leads, QA, business owners, and global team members to deliver high-quality application features Required Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (required) β€’ 10+ years of software development experience β€’ Expert proficiency in C# (5+ years), ASP.NET (3+ years), Angular/TypeScript (2+ years) β€’ Strong experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, unit testing, and full-stack application development β€’ Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities β€’ Demonstrated ability to work independently, deliver clean and maintainable code, and manage time effectively β€’ Comfortable working in an Agile, continuous-deployment environment Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with Azure Cloud, CosmosDB, NoSQL databases, or GenAI development β€’ Strong UI/UX intuition and ability to think through edge cases and failure scenarios β€’ Experience reviewing requirements, refining technical documentation, and improving development processes β€’ Ability to mentor teammates, drive technical best practices, and participate in architectural discussions β€’ Highly developed soft skills: ownership, communication, collaboration, and self-management Why This Role?
