

Analyst, Field Planning & Analytics
Contract Length: 1 year (with potential for extension or conversion to FTE based on performance and business needs).
Job Overview:
The Analyst, Field Planning & Analytics plays a key role in supporting the effectiveness of the field sales team through data, analytics, and operational insights. This position contributes to field programming strategies and execution, ensuring the sales force is optimally structured, incentivized, and equipped with tools to succeed in their markets. The Analyst collaborates with stakeholders across the business, including marketing, sales, analytics, training, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver accurate, timely data and analytics to support field planning initiatives.
• Own and manage specific workstreams, acting as the key point of contact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize field tools, reporting, and call planning.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Support vendor management by aligning on timelines, expectations, and project deliverables.
• Communicate and collaborate across teams including Business Technology, Training, Franchise Teams, and Therapeutics Operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement data-driven enhancements.
• Provide high-quality reporting and presentations for Director- and Associate Director-level audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 0–1 year of analytical and/or operations experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry).
• Strong working knowledge of:
• SQL
• Dataiku
• Power BI
• Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, visualizations)
• MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Snowflake (preferred)
• Excellent analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, and creative problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
