Role description
Job Title: Analytical Bioassay Consultant Project Overview: Our client is looking for an analytical bioassay expert to support cell-based bioassays in a GMP-regulated laboratory. This role demands advanced hands-on experience in cell culture, proficiency with ELISA, and a strong commitment to compliance. The ideal candidate will combine technical bioassay skills with a meticulous GMP approach, demonstrating accuracy, excellent documentation practices, and the ability to work effectively in a highly regulated QC environment. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Execute validated cell-based potency and functional bioassays under GMP guidelines β€’ Perform and maintain mammalian cell cultures (aseptic technique, passaging, and viability monitoring) β€’ Strictly follow SOPs, test methods, and GMP documentation protocols β€’ Identify, document, and report any deviations or atypical results β€’ Provide support for assay troubleshooting within established procedural frameworks Required Skills and Experience: β€’ Proven GMP laboratory experience β€’ Hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture within an assay-driven environment β€’ Experience with executing validated analytical or bioassay methods (not limited to development) β€’ Familiarity with ELISA techniques β€’ In-depth understanding of SOP adherence and controlled documentation practices β€’ Ability to work within highly procedural, compliance-oriented workflows
