Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible)

Summary:
β’ Contributes to and assists in data handling and processing to support the biological development of vaccines, therapeutics, and other related products.
β’ Integrates Analytical Development with BioProcess and Formulations workflows as dictated by project requirements. Actively engages in learning new techniques through expert-led training and self-motivation, enabling independent performance of standard scientific and laboratory duties with minimal supervision.
β’ Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
β’ To assure Analytical Development missions:
o To set up and execute digital processing, transfer, and retrieval of Analytical Development data to support efficient use and analysis among CMC Development Functions
o To troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations to increase efficiency
o To ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) or other requirements; making sure that all data are recorded are retrievable/searchable
o To help maintain the Analytical lab
o Assist in the execution of non-routine experiments with supervision collaboratively with CMC Development and Global MSAT colleagues
β’ To contribute to project advancement:
o To follow protocols, complete results, and provide data compilation for reports
o To correctly analyze, process, and transfer data from relevant experiments under supervision
o To develop and maintain interfaces with Analytical team members, internal partners, and customers (Clinical Analytical, Process Development, and other Global Innovation teams)
o To ensure all information and data packages necessary to meet project timelines is available in the agreed upon time
β’ Complies with applicable regulations, performing all work in a safe manner; maintains proper records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies
β’ Willingness to learn from and actively engage in work with other colleagues to support a collaborative team environment
Skills:
β’ 2 years experience
β’ General knowledge of bioanalytical techniques
β’ Expeience in computer science disciplines related to pharmaceutical/biological life science industry is highly preferred.
β’ Academic knowledge and experience with: C#, SQL, Graph, GO, Javascript, NoSQL,
β’ Recommended software experience: OSIsoft PI, PI AF, Libre, ETL Data Warehouse Design and Implementation, Grafana, SIMCA, SIMCA-online, SAS JMP, Visual Studio, MS DB Mgmnt Studio, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Task Scheduler.
β’ Desired Proficiency: R, Python, Rust, Swift
β’ Must be able to work cross-functionally
β’ Demonstrate willingness to advance knowledge of analytical development and vaccinology
β’ Apply knowledge of basic theory and scientific principles
β’ Ability to learn new technology and concepts and apply appropriately with minimal supervision
β’ Concise and accurate reporting of technical data and information
β’ Ability to troubleshoot
β’ Written and verbal communication skills
β’ Appropriate level of understanding of applicable regulations
Education:
β’ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with minimum of two (2) years of experience in Biology or related scientific discipline is preferred, or Master's Degree in Data Analytics (e.g., Bioinformatics)
