β€’ This role is 4 days a week on site in Plano, TX β€’ Must haves: Technical Proficiency: β€’ Expert in Adobe Analytics and knowledge of web analysis and user behavior tracking. β€’ Experience analyzing and reporting on B2C ecommerce products. β€’ Experience with A/B testing and personalization platforms, particularly Adobe Target. β€’ Experience implementing Adobe tools and products such as AEP, AEM, CJA, Commerce is a plus. β€’ Experience with front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Analytical Skills: β€’ Strong capability to analyze data, recognize patterns, derive meaningful insights, and identify reasonable comparisons. Communication Skills: β€’ Ability to clearly convey complex findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Business Acumen: β€’ Understanding of business strategies, marketing principles, and digital channels. Problem-Solving: β€’ Proficient in identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements based on data insights. Collaboration Skills: β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Plus: β€’ Experience with AEP, AEM, CJA, or Commerce is a plus. Responsibilities: The team: This team’s goal is to understand what traffic is doing on the customer website in relation to any updates. They work with developers and the business to see how traffic is interacting with different components on the site. They consistently work to improve the customer web experience by analyzing web traffic and providing insights and analytics to the team. The role: Position Summary: We are looking for a talented Digital Analyst to join our team, specializing in reporting, analysis, measurement, testing, and optimization. A successful candidate will possess extensive experience with the Adobe ecosystem, utilizing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Warehouse, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Commerce, and others. The candidate should require minimal guidance to build reports, present detailed analysis, and provide recommendations. This role involves collaboration with various teams to promote data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting: β€’ Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. β€’ Design and maintain Adobe reports and dashboards to track KPIs, business trends, and other significant metrics. β€’ Experience in Cross- channel Analysis, Data integration for comprehensive Analysis, Journey Mapping and Segmentation. β€’ Provide tagging requirements to the implementation team. Measurement and Optimization: β€’ Develop measurement plans and oversee data quality processes. β€’ Perform thorough analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions. A/B Testing and Personalization: β€’ Coordinate, implement, and analyze A/B tests and personalized experiences within Adobe Target. β€’ Align with business on test objectives, identify target audiences, and suggest variations for testing. β€’ Monitor and analyze test results to identify winning variations and enhance future campaigns. Continuous Improvement: β€’ Stay up to date with the latest best practices and features within Adobe Target and the broader digital marketing field. β€’ Continuously improve the effectiveness of personalization and optimization programs. Process Improvement: β€’ Identify and implement opportunities for operational excellence and process optimization in analytics and data management.
