Contract Duration: 12 month contract, possibility to extend or convert Required Skills & Experience • Experience with the Ariba Business Network is preferred • Excellent Communication • Detail oriented • Organizational and Business Insight • Report system defects, complete requirements for enhancements to systems and processes • Analyze risks in process and document procedures and training requirements to strengthen and improve individual and team performance • Works independently, is a self-starter, requiring little direction or management oversight • Collaboration is a key task for this position. This role partners closely with the supplier key contact(s), and various roles across SCM including Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Enabling Capabilities, and the Business Group to ensure suppliers have been successfully onboarded for transacting in Ariba. What You Will Be Doing • This person is a key contributor to Ariba Buying & Invoice (B&I) and will troubleshoot new challenges between Contract Compliance and offboarding suppliers from Ariba B&I to Ariba SLP (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance), having the ability to navigate across multiple systems impacting stakeholders Enabling Capabilities, Procurement, Tax, AP and Sourcing and Contracts. • This role is in Supply Chain Management, Procure to Pay Supplier Enablement Operations team. • This person will also complete complex research and take necessary actions related to Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.
