Data KPI Analytics & Insight Lead
Location: Mainly remote
Duration: 3–6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: c£500 - £570 per day (Outside IR35)
We're seeking an experienced Data Analytics & Insight Lead to support a leading organisation in the social housing sector. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping, delivering, and embedding KPI frameworks, operational reporting, and regulatory reporting across the business.
Key Requirements
You must bring proven expertise in:
• Data insight and KPI frameworks (design, strategy, and delivery).
• Translating framework requirements into meaningful reporting outputs.
• Measuring outputs, critical indicators, and high-level strategic measures.
• Working with executive teams and senior stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Interpreting KPIs from multiple departments and aligning with departmental budgets and spend.
• Social housing sector data and reporting processes.
Deliverables include:
• Development of a KPI framework and operational reporting approach.
• New KPI scorecard co-ordination process and scorecard production.
• Delivery of operational reporting (heat systems, housing, DMAR, etc.).
• Regulatory reporting, including:
• SDR process and delivery.
• TSM process and delivery.
• Decent Homes process and delivery.
• Compliance process and delivery.
This is an exciting contract where you'll provide critical insight, reporting, and strategic frameworks to inform decision-making at the highest levels.
