Analytics & Reporting Consultant

Location: Naperville, IL (Position will start off fully on-site, then transition to hybrid once the business is confident that the person can work independently. MUST have own equipment to work hybrid.) Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Pay: $28.85 per hour Description: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analytics & Reporting Consultant to support the Accounting function within the Financial Services Division. This role is centered on conducting comprehensive analysis and research, managing individual assignments, validating solutions through testing, and driving process improvements or supporting the implementation of new products or providers. Responsibilities: • Oversee the management and maintenance of network program Projects, Enhancements, and Initiative planning/implementation • Coordinate cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks • Manage and administer program operations, including data maintenance and processing • Identify and engage providers for recruitment and educational initiatives • Conduct research and resolve operational issues, responding to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism • Lead results reporting and coordinate analysis to support strategic decision-making • Perform system testing to validate functionality and ensure alignment with objectives • Collaborate with internal teams to support implementation and ongoing operational activities Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years’ experience in managed care or network management • 3 years project management experience including leading and planning projects • Experience testing or analyzing issues and creating process improvements • Analytics experience and experience with Power BI/ SQL • Experience with issue analysis/research • Managed network management database experience including knowledge of information flow • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
