Role & Responsibilities
β’ Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:
β’ The Joint Use Analyst is responsible for managing arrears from joint use related invoicing.
β’ Responsibilities include running reports in SAP and managing large spreadsheet of data in Excel.
β’ Additional responsibilities include joint pole proposal administration support.
β’ Collaborates closely and coordinates with Accounts Receivable.
β’ Analyze arrears data and invoicing to aid in arrears collection.
β’ Resolve billing disputes with external customers.
β’ Perform outreach, via phone or email communications to external customers to resolve arrears and collect on debt.
β’ Pole Attachment Agreement (PAA) Creation for new third party attachers.
β’ Analyze existing and forecasted wireless attachments to perform an assessment of Wireless Bond requirements
β’ Special Projects involving data analysis, reporting, updating of records in SAP.
β’ Support Joint Use Analyst with Joint Pole Proposal related work of issuing JPPβs and invoicing.
β’ Support the Joint Use Analyst with NJUNS ticket entry, dispute resolution and other tasks related to double wood.
β’ Maintaining Access database of third party attached information.
β’ Managing/maintaining/creating new vendors and updating existing vendor information in SAP.
β’ Fulfill requests for GIS data from third party attachers.
β’ Assist in development of Make Ready Construction project estimator tool.
Qualifications / Requirements:
β’ Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating efforts, processing work and analyzing data in a utility business environment OR a High School Diploma/GED equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.Bachelorβs Degree is preferred.
β’ Extensive experience with SAP.
β’ Service Notifications

β’ Equipment Records (create, update, change)
β’ Query reporting (SAP)
β’ Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Access)
β’ Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
