Our Values Include • Safety: The safety of our employees, suppliers and clients is our top priority • Collaboration: Creating true partnerships with our clients and service providers • Leadership: Improving project performance through the application of best practices • Accountability: Being accountable to our clients for every aspect of an engagement • Client Satisfaction: Delivering 100% client satisfaction on every project • Integrity: Open and clear communication in every aspect of our business Location: Augusta, ME Type of Employment: Full Time ID# 6488 Role & Responsibilities • Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships: • The Joint Use Analyst is responsible for managing arrears from joint use related invoicing. • Responsibilities include running reports in SAP and managing large spreadsheet of data in Excel. • Additional responsibilities include joint pole proposal administration support. • Collaborates closely and coordinates with Accounts Receivable. • Analyze arrears data and invoicing to aid in arrears collection. • Resolve billing disputes with external customers. • Perform outreach, via phone or email communications to external customers to resolve arrears and collect on debt. • Pole Attachment Agreement (PAA) Creation for new third party attachers. • Analyze existing and forecasted wireless attachments to perform an assessment of Wireless Bond requirements • Special Projects involving data analysis, reporting, updating of records in SAP. • Support Joint Use Analyst with Joint Pole Proposal related work of issuing JPP’s and invoicing. • Support the Joint Use Analyst with NJUNS ticket entry, dispute resolution and other tasks related to double wood. • Maintaining Access database of third party attached information. • Managing/maintaining/creating new vendors and updating existing vendor information in SAP. • Fulfill requests for GIS data from third party attachers. • Assist in development of Make Ready Construction project estimator tool. Qualifications / Requirements: • Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating efforts, processing work and analyzing data in a utility business environment OR a High School Diploma/GED equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. • Extensive experience with SAP. • Service Notifications • CU Work Orders • Equipment Records (create, update, change) • Query reporting (SAP) • Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Access) • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) PTAG is growing and seeking project professionals who want to join a fast paced, innovative, and team-oriented company.
