Role description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Anthology Developer to support and enhance our student information system (SIS). This role will play a critical part in developing, customizing, and integrating Anthologyβs suite of solutions to support admissions, course registration, tuition payments, and student lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Anthology Student Information System.
β’ Configure and enhance modules that support student admissions, registration, tuition/financial processes, and academic records.
β’ Build integrations between Anthology and Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as the broader Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Student Services, Finance, and Academic Affairs) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
β’ Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with institutional policies.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Anthology applications and integrations.
β’ Work closely with Anthology engineers and SDETs to ensure best practices, testing, and quality assurance.
Qualifications
β’ Hands-on experience with Anthology Student (formerly Campus Management) or similar higher education SIS platforms.
β’ Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes (admissions, registration, financial aid, tuition, etc.).
β’ Development experience in C#, .NET, or related programming languages.
β’ Experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
β’ Familiarity with API-based integrations, data mapping, and ETL processes.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Prior experience as an Anthology Engineer or SDET is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
β’ Knowledge of higher education compliance and reporting requirements.
β’ Exposure to Agile development practices.
