AP Vendor Management Analyst โ€ข MUST SIT IN ST. LOUIS, MO (HYBRID SCHEDULE) Job Description The role focuses on vendor management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in vendor master data across multiple ERP environments. The position involves updating vendor master records, monitoring requests via SharePoint, and maintaining high standards of data quality and governance. Responsibilities โ€ข Analyze vendor master data to identify potential duplicate vendors and ensure data accuracy and compliance. โ€ข Assist with vendor master updates in the ERP system, including setup, modifications, inactivation, and corrections. โ€ข Monitor SharePoint for new vendor requests and modifications, ensuring timely review and processing. โ€ข Perform regular audits and validations to maintain data integrity. โ€ข Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enforce data governance policies and compliance requirements. โ€ข Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and streamline workflows. โ€ข Work closely with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Compliance, and IT teams to resolve vendor-related issues. โ€ข Act as a subject matter expert on vendor master data across ERP platforms. โ€ข Provide training and guidance on vendor master processes and data standards. โ€ข Utilize advanced reporting tools and ERP functionality to analyze vendor data trends. โ€ข Support system enhancements, testing, and upgrades related to vendor master data. โ€ข Develop dashboards and metrics to support data governance and operational transparency. Essential Skills โ€ข 3โ€“5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, or related data management roles. โ€ข Advanced knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, including vendor master modules. โ€ข Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and identify data anomalies. โ€ข Experience with SharePoint, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools. โ€ข Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. โ€ข High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset. Additional Skills & Qualifications โ€ข Familiarity with tax ID codes, remittance addresses, and other key vendor information. โ€ข Analytical skills to work with multiple datasets. โ€ข Experience with financial analysis. Work Environment The position offers a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work from home on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and in-office presence required on Wednesday and Thursday during regular business hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
