Our prestigious client are seeking an experienced Application Analyst to support the maintenance, analysis, and enhancement of business-critical applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and a solid background in triaging application issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, escalating when necessary.
• Perform SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data for issue investigation and reporting.
• Serve as the first point of contact for application-related incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and vendors to ensure application reliability.
• Document issue resolution steps, system configurations, and process improvements.
This is an Umbrella only contract and requires 3 days per week on client site in Hampshire.
