Application Deployer (US Citizen or GC Required)

Citizenship: US Citizen or Green Card Holder required Role Overview The Application Deployer will support enterprise application packaging, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting. This role requires strong SCCM experience and the ability to work across global teams to ensure successful software delivery in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and execute deployment plans using MSI and App-V packaging. • Manage remote deployments through systems management tools following defined SOPs. • Conduct UAT, QA validation, and inventory checks for release quality. • Troubleshoot deployment issues and perform root-cause analysis. • Automate tasks using PowerShell or VBScript. • Monitor deployments with tools such as Process Monitor, Registry Monitor, and File Monitor. • Support deployment coordination using Active Directory and Group Policy Objects. • Collaborate with teams across the US, Europe, and India; communicate risks and issues proactively. • Document deployment processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–5+ years of experience in desktop engineering, application packaging, and remote deployment. • Strong proficiency with: • SCCM • Active Directory & GPO • Deployment and monitoring tools • Experience with VMWare and performance/monitoring utilities. • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical abilities. • Detail-oriented and adaptable to evolving tools and technologies. • Knowledge of databases and SQL triggers is a plus. • Experience in large-scale deployments (high-volume environments) preferred. • Familiarity with Numecent (Cloudpaging) or EUPS (Unix/Windows) tools is beneficial. • Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
