Location: United States - Remote Employment Type: 3-Month Contract (Nov 2025 - Feb 2026) Team: Trust Defense - Fraud & Safety Operations Compensation: $37.00 - $42.00 / hr About the Role Join Maleda Tech as a Product Operations & Planning Specialist supporting our Fortune 500 client's Trust & Safety organization. You'll be the key operational coordinator for the Fraud & Safety Operations (FSO) Planning team, acting as the organizational backbone for this high-impact team that safeguards millions of users. This role combines project management, content curation, and knowledge management skills to bring structure and clarity to complex safety operations. You'll create compelling visualizations, build intuitive information repositories, and ensure critical safety information is accessible to stakeholders across the organization. What You'll Do Knowledge Management & Information Architecture Design and maintain the FSO Product Library (Jigsaw) with intuitive visual assemblies of safety products and workflows Transform complex operational data into clear, actionable dashboards using Airtable Ensure critical safety information is organized logically and accessible to relevant teams Internal Communications Platform Management Serve as primary administrator for the FSO Hub internal website Create and maintain documentation that bridges gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders Implement best practices for information architecture and content organization Engagement & Storytelling Develop compelling visual content that showcases team impact and success stories Create engaging videos and graphics for team communications Translate complex safety metrics into accessible visual formats Operational Support Coordinate cross-functional planning initiatives and track deliverables Implement structured triage processes for incoming requests Support leadership with data visualization and reporting needs What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, knowledge management, or similar roles Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous environments Advanced proficiency with Airtable or similar database tools for creating organized information systems Expert-level Google Workspace skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides), including formula automation Experience designing internal knowledge bases or information repositories Strong visual communication abilities - ability to transform complex information into clear visualizations Technical Skills Proficiency with project/task management platforms (Asana, Jira, or similar) Experience with content management systems (Confluence or similar wiki platforms) Familiarity with basic multimedia editing tools for creating simple videos and graphics Comfort with collaborative tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace Nice-to-Have Experience in trust & safety, risk management, or security operations Background working with product, engineering, or operations teams Understanding of visual design principles and information architecture Working Details Contract Duration: 3-month assignment (November 2025 - February 2026) Location: 100% Remote (US-based) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Tools You'll Use: Airtable, Confluence, Asana, Google Workspace, basic multimedia tools Why This Role Matters Your work will directly impact the organization's ability to protect users from fraud and safety risks.
