Role: Data Analyst, Operations Location: Remote (Preferred to be in CA) W2 Client is looking for the below skills. Data Analyst, Operations with strong analytical and technical skills to support a high-impact SaaS client in the Charity/Non-Profit sector. Core Technical Skills Advanced SQL Proficiency: Deep experience querying, manipulating, and optimizing large datasets, specifically within Snowflake. BI & Reporting: Expertise in Business Intelligence tools, especially Looker, to build dashboards and deliver actionable insights. Platform Experience: Direct experience working with Salesforce data for operational analysis. Analytical & Domain Expertise Hypothesis Testing & Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to apply scientific methods (e.g., hypothesis testing) to complex business problems to validate assumptions and drive data-backed decisions. SaaS Industry Context: Experience working within a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) environment, understanding recurring revenue models and key operational dynamics. Matrix Focus: A strong orientation toward defining, tracking, and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics critical to the success of a Non-Profit or Charity organization. Added Advantage AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity or introductory knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts is highly desirable.
